4. Body Butter Temperature Advisory

Our whipped body butters and scrubs contain natural oils and butters that may soften or melt during transit, especially during warmer months.

Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving delivered packages from mailboxes, porches, or delivery areas.

If melting occurs:

• Allow the product to return to room temperature
• Refrigerate briefly if desired
• Continue use as normal

Texture changes caused by heat exposure are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
